Ordered an overnight package. Next day my dogs bark and I open the door and delivery guy is taking off! He never attempted to knock or wait for an answer or anything! Call and they act like they don't know anything about my package and are rude! Spoke to MULTIPLE people over the course of the day and numerous phone calls with rude individuals. Still no package. The lady at my local ups location is absolutely horrid! Never see anyone but her and she is rude and hateful. Used to think ups was great, now I wouldn't trust them with any of my packages. Will be using other services from now on.

Supposed to get my package today what on my status says it was delivered meanwhile it wasn't I'd be home all day call UPS and they trying to tell me that it was delivered or service ever

I once had a item i needed the next day so I paid a higher rate for it ! Well they sent it by land ! Needless to say it didn’t arrive in time !!!!

Horrible service. My next day air package was lost and delivered 5 days later. Customer service people from whatever country they were in lied to us when we called and said the day package was due that the delivery driver was in our neighborhood and we were the next delivery. What horrible service would not recommend using UPS.
