Horrible service. My next day air package was lost and delivered 5 days later. Customer service people from whatever country they were in lied to us when we called and said the day package was due that the delivery driver was in our neighborhood and we were the next delivery. What horrible service would not recommend using UPS.

Always had great service. No complaints. I have read a lot of bad reviews and most of the bad reviews it seems the people don’t know how to spell and their english is terrible. It makes you wonder if this has something to do with the service. It’s probably confusing as hell dealing with this crap. Spell correctly, most phones will correct your spelling, and print clearly. Stay in school!!

Worst courier service ever ! Had Arranged pickup 3 times in day, each time when called up after pickup time and no one turn up to pickup, they replied pickup was done when no one came and parcel still around. Real hopeless and this happens few times. Wouldn't use their service if not requested by receiver.
