I am very very very upset with UPS my first package which was sent out on February 6th never ever got here by the time I called the place that sent it I had to re have them send a new one that was on the 14th of February it is now the 19th then my package was sent to Mesquite Texas from Louisville Kentucky because it was sorted wrong I still have not got my package since February 6th I will never never have anyone send a package to me to UPS ever again if I had the money I would sue them I paid for a 2-day delivery two days from February 6th then from February 14th this is now the 19th that does not sound right to me does it to you

If there was a minus sign available fo the star rating, I certainly would have used it. I dropped my pkg. off at the local ups office on Feb 8. Without going thru all the detailed tracking updates, I will skip to Feb 10 when it arrived in Hodgkin, IL. Now to the next posting. Feb 18, yes Feb 18 (ten, 10, days later) when it was delivered to the final destination of Lexington, KY. Where was it, and what was it doing during that ten day period. I spent approximately 90 minutes on the computer, and twenty minutes on the phone yesterday trying to get an answer to that question. NEGATIVE, BLANK, ZILCH. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING........

Continue to have problems with Delivery,I get a text saying attempt to Deliver me and my family sitting in the living room no one rung the bell or nothing nor left a slip,then Yesterday I get the same thing but get this this one say no entrance to the door something like that BS You walk up about 4 steps on my porch nothing's on my porch nor my walk way so I starting to get a lil p**s with the lies

Do not give your package to aUPS Store ever! They will charge you triple the price and forget to ship your package for days!!!

Never recieved my package it said it was delivered Friday I don't know where you delivered it so I will no pay for your f**k up

Package says delivered, recipient did not receive.
