I don’t know what I have to do - I have left instructions on your system - please instruct your employees to follow cust instruction on my account Do not leave packages outside of the gate - the fence is low on the side of the fence for packages to be placed in a plastic bah and left inside if the yard - this will keep packages from disappearng - thanks

Finally received my package today. It was dropped off at my door step. My question is... Why wasn't this done 2 days before? The worst customer service l've ever received. I believe the driver just wanted to get home early and didn't want to drop it off on Wednesday even though he or she reported they did...

Waiting o a delivery yesterday and no show even though the driver stated he tried to do so and no one was at home. I was home all day sick and the time that was given l was watching TV. No knock and no notice was left at my door. Still waiting on a supervisor to call me back since 7pm yesterday. Your customer. service S*CKS!
