Finally received my package today. It was dropped off at my door step. My question is... Why wasn't this done 2 days before? The worst customer service l've ever received. I believe the driver just wanted to get home early and didn't want to drop it off on Wednesday even though he or she reported they did...

Waiting o a delivery yesterday and no show even though the driver stated he tried to do so and no one was at home. I was home all day sick and the time that was given l was watching TV. No knock and no notice was left at my door. Still waiting on a supervisor to call me back since 7pm yesterday. Your customer. service S*CKS!

The **erks never phone to set a few hour window. We are expected to wait all day and not have an hour here or there we can not be home!! I waited till the day was almost done before doing what needed doing. They came last time during school leave off time. This time nearer to pick up kids time. Why must they always be **rks! We left a phone number. Why can they not try a second day.
