The **erks never phone to set a few hour window. We are expected to wait all day and not have an hour here or there we can not be home!! I waited till the day was almost done before doing what needed doing. They came last time during school leave off time. This time nearer to pick up kids time. Why must they always be **rks! We left a phone number. Why can they not try a second day.

I payed an extraordinary fee upon being promised my package was delivered on saturday morning. It did not arrive until tuesday afternoon with no explanation or apology what so ever. I needed the package for a shoot that was only possible on saturday
