I payed an extraordinary fee upon being promised my package was delivered on saturday morning. It did not arrive until tuesday afternoon with no explanation or apology what so ever. I needed the package for a shoot that was only possible on saturday

I was called on Monday about a package that was send under my name ref # 999049339171 from Colombia and rep said he would call me back with feedback. Never did and didn’t give me ups tracking number and still no call no package this was send with deprisa in Colombia most it takes is 3 days it was send last Friday the 18 th were is package
