My package arrived at the Jacksonville, Fl facility at 5:51am this morning and UPS didn't get it out on the truck for delivery today, very SAD, especially after loosing a day on Monday to Labor Day. It's a $2,500 PC for my home business, as my old one went out on Tuesday of last week and I've been OUT OF BUSINESS for 1 week now.

2nd day document was not delivered because of wrong address. The address was correct. UPS delivers to this address regularly. Watched the UPS driver drive the block without making any effort to slow down or park. Now UPS claims it will not deliver this time sensitive document on Saturday. Lame.

UPS was my go to. Noe it seems they are turning to the USPS and screwing up just as bad as the USPS. Very unfortunate. Filing a lost package claim is next to impossible now with three parties pointing at the other. Shipper, UPS and USPS all claim no responsibility. I wonder if UPS understood why the USPS was failing and why they would pick up their bad habits?

UPS CONSISTENTLY DOES NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGES TO THE MAILROOM. THEY LEAVE THEM IN THE LOBBY WHERE THEY CAN BE STOLEN.

The status of my package is listed as "delivered on my front porch" as of 7 days ago but I've never received my package. I contacted the post office but they cannot help me without a tracking number, and no one seems to know how I can find a tracking number since the package transferred from UPS to USPS. Talk about giving someone the run around! I'm afraid to order anything anymore, the convenience of online shopping isn't so convenient if you never receive what you order, or it comes too late for its' intended purpose. Very disappointed. Delivery companies are supposed to deliver, if I want excuses, I'll find an excuse provider.
