The status of my package is listed as "delivered on my front porch" as of 7 days ago but I've never received my package. I contacted the post office but they cannot help me without a tracking number, and no one seems to know how I can find a tracking number since the package transferred from UPS to USPS. Talk about giving someone the run around! I'm afraid to order anything anymore, the convenience of online shopping isn't so convenient if you never receive what you order, or it comes too late for its' intended purpose. Very disappointed. Delivery companies are supposed to deliver, if I want excuses, I'll find an excuse provider.

Horrible shipping service. I’m giving 1 star only because it will not let me give zero star. I had a package (1 envelope that contained valuable documents ) shipped to a UPS facility for pickup with the “guaranteed next day service” Needless to say… the package still have not made it to the facility. According to k2track.com it was received at the facility but UPS tracking is saying different. There’s no one to talk to to discuss the matter on an automated system. File a claim and still don’t get a response. Throw the entire company in the dumpster because trash is just what it is!!!!

Ridiculous it takes so much longer for you to receive your packages. Still waiting for something I should have received 4/8/21
