Looks like nobody at UPS or Amazon checks these reviews. If they did, they would see that so many people are having problems with this service and perhaps do something to fix it.

UPS Sure Post is extremely slow and untimely in their deliveries. amazon should not use them as they degrade the Amazon experience.

Worst shipping method ever, stuff takes days longer than it should, and not due to health pandemic, I had 2 items shipping from the same state one ordered on a Thursday, one ordered the next Monday, the first one was surepost... Still haven't received, got my NORMAL shipping item days ago, still waiting on surepost. Wish the company would warn of how absolutely garbage it is and that it's not just UPS shipping. Horrible.
