UPS Sure Post is extremely slow and untimely in their deliveries. amazon should not use them as they degrade the Amazon experience.

Worst shipping method ever, stuff takes days longer than it should, and not due to health pandemic, I had 2 items shipping from the same state one ordered on a Thursday, one ordered the next Monday, the first one was surepost... Still haven't received, got my NORMAL shipping item days ago, still waiting on surepost. Wish the company would warn of how absolutely garbage it is and that it's not just UPS shipping. Horrible.

The tracking data are useless. My item shipped from FL- that's all I know, and that was 2 days ago. How is this supposed to be better than USPS?

This is the third time now UPS Surepost has delivered a package that I have been expecting to a completely different town. Not only is it the wrong town that they deliver to, but my address doesn’t even exist there. I’m not sure if it’s because of the recent COVID19 pandemic, but I have never had a single issue getting my packages delivered to me until recently.
