If i could give negative star I would...1 star is to good.. Ups lied about delivery, lied again when driver was going to meet me the next day. An lied when i call 1800# took my phone # and someone from local office was going to call me in an hr. No didnt happen..packages ordered are for my Grandchildren for Christmas ..have been left in a binded..i offered to pick up package an thatvwasnt option until mid next week thiscwas a 2 day ship...im really uoset .

According to tracking driver was unable to access my fron door or drive way this boggles my mind cause what could possibly block them can’t be snow my driveway is clear as well as my front door.... they said they left a notice which to my surprise it’s no where to be found... I just want my 3 lb package.

Pretty cr*p that I can't track my package all the way to my house. If I wanted it delivered by the post office I would have chosen that option in the beginning.

My packages have mostly arrived on time and I really can't remember if I have ever had one late. If I did it must have only been the next day because it's doesn't stand out in my mind. They deliver a lot of packages everyday.

Not arrived as told waited all day and tracking # says it's been delayed.

UPS maintains they left parcel with local post office 2 days ago...post office has never received it. After 45 minutes with "customer service" I was told my only option was to contact the vendor. When I requested speaking to a supervisor they hung up on me. Some service!
