UPS maintains they left parcel with local post office 2 days ago...post office has never received it. After 45 minutes with "customer service" I was told my only option was to contact the vendor. When I requested speaking to a supervisor they hung up on me. Some service!

The promised me my package 3 days straight now. Now j have to wait and see if I can get it Monday. It was even paid to ship overnight. It was sitting in Maumee since Thursday. 30 minutes from my house. J was told by UPS I would have by the end of the day 3 straight days now. To me that is wrong. They keep you on hold for hours waiting to talk to someone about your problem.

Poor, poor, poor customer service. No one knows their head from their a*s. Can't even understand the person assisting as they were just mumbling. Another reason why not to use UPS.

Package was left at the front of building. Package is missing. Packages should not be left in front of an apartment building where anybody can take it. That is just plain stupidity.
