This is the worst place u should go too in a case of getting an emergency document. The staffs are very unprofessional and rude also the supervisor. Thy lost your packs and don’t have any explanation worst experience of my life. I will me y recommend any of my friends or family’s to us them at any time

Was expecting my replacement phone to be delivered today (was never told that I had to sign for delivery) so I expected it to be either in my mailbox or left between screen door/front door. However, when I got home from work there was a delivery attempt notice stating that I can pick up my phone tomorrow after 1PM at a local UPS locker location. How very inconvenient UPS!

I live in a pretty rural area and have to rely on Amazon quite a bit. UPS comes to my house somewhat regularly and I have never had a problem with deliveries, with the driver's or with packages being misplaced, damaged or lost.

My husband was expecting a package that was paid to be over nighted on Friday, this is Monday night and still no delivery. This is for work so it is important. Why did we pay for overnight rate?
