My husband was expecting a package that was paid to be over nighted on Friday, this is Monday night and still no delivery. This is for work so it is important. Why did we pay for overnight rate?

Terrible service. I have sent two 2-day shipments of important medical content that were both delayed and subsequently rejected. Also the driver made no attempt to buzz my apartment which delayed my delivery more.

Every single time when I have got a package delivery to my address with UPS , I have to run around the streets to catch him, because they never stop by my address and just mark the address as attempted delivery and I could not have my stuff delivered! PS: It’s happening again at 06/15/2019!

Our postal service is the best and cheapest in the world. People complain but go to other countries. It better not privatize either.

For 3 pair of leggings and a bra I was told delivery was delayed because of security check. I think driver just 2 lazy to call on Saturday and wait 2 mins for me to get to gate. And here I thought amazon delivery was bad.

Got amazon prime to get gift fast...ups was supposed to deliver Friday but keeps saying delayed. Now it won't arrive until Tuesday and we will miss seeing our granddaughter open it. The package has been delayed theee times and we can not even get good info as to where it us
