I have never come across such poor service from a company before as I have with Toll. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on a certain day between 8am to 8pm which in itself is a very unreasonable time frame, the parcel did not turn up and I was never contacted to say why. I rang and they said they would get back to me within 24 hours, this did not happen. I rang again and was told they couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered as no drivers were going to our superb, even though we lived in the inner city. After many phone calls I finally got onto a lovely lady who said this wait was unacceptable and got a driver to load our parcel onto the truck and deliver straight away only to get home and find out it had been delivered to the wrong address. Very unhappy with the whole service received by Toll.
