Received email @ 20.57 on 04/06/2019 saying item will be delivered the next day, go online immediately & "manage my booking", select a delivery date that will ensure that someone will be there to accept delivery. Request confirmed. Today, 05/06/2019 receive email @ 12.28 stating it "on board for delivery", followed by another @ 13.01 saying it will arrive today. Get home @ 15.00 to find a card saying "sorry we missed you" parcel will be taken to a Toll Collection Point. Seems attempt was made to deliver @ around 14.00. Great, so, now i need to go chase it? Do your jobs, & deliver as requested or don't bother offering the service.
