Worst delivery service ever. They never ring door bells nor call.
The driver do not even try to search for the entrance gate of an apartment building. They don't have common sense to locate the intercoms to buzz the unit number where the intercoms are fitted inside the campus. They simply leave a "sorry we missed you" card inside the mailbox. Not sure if TOLL pay the drivers for the attempted deliveries.. TOLL drivers must call the recepients if they can't locate the gate/entrance or if they have any difficulty in finding the recepients. Use technology, with basic common sense
Lack of customer service. Followed all directions on the card left in my mail box. Have heard nothing!!!! No clarification that they are resending the parcel, trying to get it resent and all I am doing is going around in circles!!! Tried calling 1300865547 and all I got was "We are currently experiencing a longer wait time than expected. If you would like a member of our team to call you back, please press 1 now. Otherwise continue to hold and an operator will be with you as soon as possible." For over an hour!!!! When I eventually get through they tell me I never did what the card said despite me having reference numbers of both attempts provided by the website. A complete joke!!!! Avoid using Toll! If I could give zero stars I would!!
Pathetic customer service, staff have no idea what they are doing,utter incompetence
They literally never knock. All times toll has delivered to me (accept the last time) they haven’t knocked and just left a slip for me. Even made eye contact with someone delivering a desk to me as they were putting a slip in my mailbox and they just drove away.

Australia post manged to get my vacuum to my house in 12 hours after ordering and he takes 2 days to bring my ipad it better be at my house tomorrow
I ordered some clothes online and was waiting for them to be delivered. Not only they didn't show up the lied and said I was not at home and they couldn't get to my premises which was complete bull. Days and days went past with the same story from them saying it is out for delivery, it should be delivered before 5pm that day. It NEVER came, not even a sorry we missed you slip in the letter box. I waited over a week at home for this parcel and it never showed. Then I get a message from the company I ordered the clothes from saying the parcel was destroyed by the deliverer due to overtime... What does that mean? Than 30 minutes later I recieve a message from toll stating the parcel will be delivered today? Completely dodgy I don't recommend at all.

Item received by Toll 3 days ago. Priority despatch. No information since then. Seriously?
Still waiting on delivery of parcel from Melbourne to Tas. Purchased over 4 weeks ago. Several long phone calls still no result or satisfactory answer as to where it is! You are a disgrace!
Very poor a three day service now taking six and no feed back from them to why supposed to get a call back twice with nothing would not use them again
Absolutely terrible service. First excepted delivery for a Friday, then only scanned into depo on Friday, 5 minutes away from location and put it off for another 4 days, not allowing me to pick up either. Terrible phone connection and customer service, so terrible and very ashamed to be apart of their service! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I had 3 parcels missing valued at $660 and toll refuse to admit they lost them or delivered them to the wrong address poor customer service and unpleasant employees
