Waiting too long And that they delivery from 11 am to 7 pm. No message nothing so u need to wait all day very bad
So far a huge zero......was told delivery Thursday no later than Friday, well waited both days and still no package....now says booked in.....no information on when.....my time is valuable also ....
Never again. What a disgrace on all counts. Under-promise and over deliver ....fail. Maybe work on not lying and then document the lie hoping it will make it, well, not a lie. I’d be in Coroner’s Court if I ran my trade like this.
On board for delivery for 40 hours. Still haven't received package
Waited all day. Im 20 minutes from Morwell and my package left morwell depot at 9.45 this morning. Still havent recieved my parcel. Not very happy at all. I didnt want to give one star rating but wont let me continue without a rating.

Lost my package a fortnight ago and they don't seem to care, they ignore my calls and say "it will turn up--sometime'

I have never come across such poor service from a company before as I have with Toll. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on a certain day between 8am to 8pm which in itself is a very unreasonable time frame, the parcel did not turn up and I was never contacted to say why. I rang and they said they would get back to me within 24 hours, this did not happen. I rang again and was told they couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered as no drivers were going to our superb, even though we lived in the inner city. After many phone calls I finally got onto a lovely lady who said this wait was unacceptable and got a driver to load our parcel onto the truck and deliver straight away only to get home and find out it had been delivered to the wrong address. Very unhappy with the whole service received by Toll.

Was guaranteed delivery on 6th June and it's still not here
Bought an item, seller shipped through toll. The item never arrived so started to call toll and email them and then get an email from toll saying they are returning the item to the sender for no reason. Just decided too.. very disappointed will probably never buy anything that gets shipped threw them again. Not the first issue that has been had but thought i would give them a second chance. Big mistake

Was supposed to be guaranteed delivery on 6th June and it didn't get here. Even though I got sms to say it would be
Received email @ 20.57 on 04/06/2019 saying item will be delivered the next day, go online immediately & "manage my booking", select a delivery date that will ensure that someone will be there to accept delivery. Request confirmed. Today, 05/06/2019 receive email @ 12.28 stating it "on board for delivery", followed by another @ 13.01 saying it will arrive today. Get home @ 15.00 to find a card saying "sorry we missed you" parcel will be taken to a Toll Collection Point. Seems attempt was made to deliver @ around 14.00. Great, so, now i need to go chase it? Do your jobs, & deliver as requested or don't bother offering the service.
Worst delivery service that I’ve EVER had!!!
Tracking says could not access site. No note left in letterbox to say could not access or how to collect parcel. We have had plenty of deliveries in the past. Not impressed!
