Absolutely shocking customer service. Their number does not work they have next to no understanding of English let alone how their company works. Wasted 5 hours trying to track and package. No one has any idea on what the he'll they are doing. Asked to speak to someone else 'yes I'll transfer you' puts me on hold for 20 minutes and then hangs up absolutely bunch of idiots if I had know office works would send through these guys I would have driven to Sydney myself
Says it’s delivered but not received, how are you still in business with these reviews and crap service
Keep being told incorrect information (couldnt access bay, then but we had the wrong address..not true)... told it was in the warehouse and they would find it .. now it is in a truck somewhere!!!! Delivery held documentation for my house to settle by Monday. I am completely screwed.. these documents were promised by Thursday just gone.
Still awaiting a delivery from global gear now i get stuff from the states quicker then you guys if i could give minus stars i would
Still hasnt delivered the goods 1 week after eta. Doesnt answer phone calls instead message stating they cannot track consignments terrible way to do business
Package was due Wednesday, we weren't home so delivery man left a card. Partner drove out to toll near airport which is our local normal pickup. Person at the desk informed us it was at Logan toll, which is the other side of town for us. I called toll and waited in a long queue using up my lunch break at work. The operator had a terrible line where I could barely understand, which led to her being rude and using tone with me. The call was finished with her telling me it would be delivered the next day. Waited all day at home to a no show. The delivery was needed for the project I was completing this weekend, now I'm unable to finish and have left my customer with the finished product. I'll be avoiding this service for all further projects and recommending others do the same. Very disappointed and frustrated with your service.
Was due a week ago. Following up with them they have no idea where it is and tracking leads no where. Waste of time and money
