Keep getting the worst service from the Chatsworth post office. Posted a parcel on 2 February 2022 to Cape Town but it never arrived. After several queries and being given the run around, the parcel was only then posted on 15 February 2022. The staff had the Chatsworth post office lied constantly to the customer and attempted to create the impression that the parcel was en route for 13 days. Terrible service and very disrespectful staff at this branch. Will not recommend using the SA Post Office service to friends and family anymore.

I posted the following on 31 January 2022... cannot agree more with some of the writers... You don't deserve even 1 star... Poor pathetic service. I posted a parcel 14 November 2020...14 months and 17days later, its still in transit.... it cost a lot of money... a communication channel would be helpful to inform your clients about the progress. Believe me... AFTER 15 months I've just received a call from my friend... parcel finally reached its destination 15 months..... was supposed to be a 2020 Xmas gift.

When ever I phone they say that they are offline.at the same time a different post office is online.they also have sent my package 50 kms away from the delivery adres. Where there is a post office about 3 kms away from the delivery adres.
