When ever I phone they say that they are offline.at the same time a different post office is online.they also have sent my package 50 kms away from the delivery adres. Where there is a post office about 3 kms away from the delivery adres.

I suggested Universal Postal Union to track parcels - destination overseas. But they cannot track a parcel if it was CHECKED OUT at Jhb postal center, but then disappeared in thin air on its way to the aircraft.... Corruption and poor, poor service. I will apologize if my parcel, posted on 20 Jan 2022, turns up in London.

Ive posted parcels to Australia with airline and I was told that it’s going to take only 10days but it’s now a month and the parcel is not yet received.what is taking you too long because the parcel is urgently needed
