I m not happy with the service. I went to post office to check my parcel with tracking number but I have never received it. Instead I was accused of collecting my parcel and coming back to collect it again which was an insult to my side.

I have a parcel that came in from Australia.has been i Pietermaritzburg from thursday the 25th of november 2021.till today wednesday 1 December 2021 i still have not received any indication as to which post office it is at.when i track it it says failed deliver yet ,i have been home all day no one came plus if they attempted to deliver and had an issue why wasnt i called my number is on the package as well.highly frustrating
