I have send my stuff on 26/10/2021 and when I track I can see the parcel was sent out on the following day, but today is 15/11/2021 still it hasn’t reached the receiver.

Parcel is supposed to be at The post office at Menlopark, but it seems to be gone... It was scanned in [there] at the 9th of November 2021... Very disappointed...
