They do not notify you in Langenhoven Park when your parcel have arrived and then ask you additional fees for customs which was never communicated with me. Shipping ect was already paid which was a fortune on its own. Took them forever to find my parcel. Seems very unorganised. Poor service and dirty office!

Parcel has still not arrived. Still in transit. It's almost a full month now. Horrible service

Parcels are taking very long to reach its destination. More then 10 days and still in transit. And its not the first time since July. What happen to the 4 to 7 days.. It really derails a person with this extremely slow service. It's really unaccessible cause it's making me look bad

2 months and 2 weeks for a airmail parcel 2,5kg from Pretoria to Windhoek and STILL NO TRACE!!

Poor service but take a lot on money for 10 days delivery. But the item is still in the Branch in South since 4th of September. How long does is going to take to be delivered in lreland? Only God Knows. Very very poor service

I have been tracking my parcel for 2 months now . It has arrived in amanzimtoti and I also stay in amanzimtoti so I don't understand why it is so hard for me to get my parcel because it's already around my hood.
