Parcels are taking very long to reach its destination. More then 10 days and still in transit. And its not the first time since July. What happen to the 4 to 7 days.. It really derails a person with this extremely slow service. It's really unaccessible cause it's making me look bad

Poor service but take a lot on money for 10 days delivery. But the item is still in the Branch in South since 4th of September. How long does is going to take to be delivered in lreland? Only God Knows. Very very poor service

I have been tracking my parcel for 2 months now . It has arrived in amanzimtoti and I also stay in amanzimtoti so I don't understand why it is so hard for me to get my parcel because it's already around my hood.

My parcel clearly states it is at Galo Manor post office, yet they deny it being there!

There is no opportunity to rate zero. Vanderbijlpark Post Office does not send out any notices to clients to collect parcels. Parcels just get lost and we as clients can't do anything about it. They do not answer phone calls. No service at all.
