There is no opportunity to rate zero. Vanderbijlpark Post Office does not send out any notices to clients to collect parcels. Parcels just get lost and we as clients can't do anything about it. They do not answer phone calls. No service at all.

I have had at least 6 parcels disappear. The guys steal their clients blind. They will eventually lose their jobs as we all move to private carriers.

Items take around 9 days to get to Johannesburg from China. When SAPO takes control, it will take 3 months or more to reach Pretoria... from Johannesburg... IF your package isn't stolen.

My apology for not rating. I have lost two parcels with the Post Office service. Despite numerous phone calls, that never gets answered, as well as emails I still have no idea what happened to my parcels. Even went to Vanderbijlpark post office to enquire but get told that I should wait for their notice, sms, to come and collect my parcel/s. Is there some place/person other than customer service that I can contact please? Regards

The service of the Post Office is not adopting dual communicating with clients and is solely dependent on the resources on site. The. Systems are rigid and do not support any pro-activity of processing of parcels.
