My apology for not rating. I have lost two parcels with the Post Office service. Despite numerous phone calls, that never gets answered, as well as emails I still have no idea what happened to my parcels. Even went to Vanderbijlpark post office to enquire but get told that I should wait for their notice, sms, to come and collect my parcel/s. Is there some place/person other than customer service that I can contact please? Regards

The service of the Post Office is not adopting dual communicating with clients and is solely dependent on the resources on site. The. Systems are rigid and do not support any pro-activity of processing of parcels.

How long does it take to deliver when using courier I sent my parcel on the 24 August 2021 my Parcel is still in transit.

Parcel Posted 10 Aug 2021.. When I check now.. All it states... "parcel handed in 10August"...so what now?! My overseas clients cannot even have the satisfaction of me being able to tell them "where it is"
