Your service is pathetic, it takes nearly 12 days for a registered post item from Lyttleton Pretoria to Johannesburg. I can understand why kourier services outsmart you in this country!!

No one informed me that my parcel arrived after I have been waiting 10 months for it. Now to hear it has been sent back to the supplier in the US. I paid hundreds of Rands for 7 day delivery. Could someone please confirm where exactly my parcel is?
