SMS sent to collect parcel then being told it is not at post office. Tracking shows parcel at post office

I posted my wife's passport to the uk on the 29th june 2021 registered post. Tracking no RJ117 821 820 ZA ITis still showing "IN TRANSIT" today 26 July 2021. The toll free number for enquiries 0800 111 502 shows out of service. This is extremely bad service
