I have had 3 out of 10 packages arrive that was ordered in December and arrived in South Africa in January and the sapo customer service was of no help

I sent a registered mail on 11th March to jhb n it still has not arrived on the 19th your numbers contact us are not in use yr service is apauling I finished my airtime holding on for an agent n it was a registered mail urgent document

Terrible service, in more than 2 weeks the parcel moved only from Florida to wits. Not even worth one star

Ide love to give a better rating but a parcel was sent in November 2020, by March 2021 all they can tell me is it’s “in sorting centre” telephone calls are an utter waste of time, calling local branches the phone just rings. Tens of emails sent not even as much as an acknowledgement of the email. Shocking ineptitude and negligence, a general attitude of slackness, they honestly just don’t give a damn, not one SAPO employee steps up to take an active interest in the customer’s very real issue.
