Very bad service tracking show my parcel was received at Boksburg North Post office on the 22-12-2020 When i enquire on the 4 th January 2021 without their slip which i did not receive they could not locate the parcel in their hard copy registers Very bad

Terrible when it comes to tracking numbers. Maybe this time it will be better. Only reason they are being used is because the place im ordering from cant do SA couriers

If I could give a zero I would. The cashiers are overworked that's for sure and they have to hear our complaints on a daily basis. Post office needs to make drastic changes fast. I'm not happy at all!

Parcel was sent to New Zealand in 13 November. I was told 2 weeks. It is over a month. Disgusting service. You need a competitor. Maybe then you will Jack up your service
