If I could give a zero I would. The cashiers are overworked that's for sure and they have to hear our complaints on a daily basis. Post office needs to make drastic changes fast. I'm not happy at all!

Parcel was sent to New Zealand in 13 November. I was told 2 weeks. It is over a month. Disgusting service. You need a competitor. Maybe then you will Jack up your service

Parcel has been sitting in Durban since 1/12/2020. It's now 24/12/2020. When will the parcel leave for the UK ?? Shocking service.

My parcel, posted on 4 Nov 2020 in Grahamstown to Culburra NSW Australia is tracked as reaching Port Elizabeth Hub.There is no further information thereafter. It is now 20 December 2020 and my parcel is tracked as still in Port Elizabeth. I would rate this zero stars.
