If there was a zero I would put that, the service is poor and it takes forever to get parcels in king williams town. Still waiting for something that arrived in South Africa in June

Been waiting over a month for my parcel. Been lying in mail center JHB international it arrived 03 July and have not received any updates.

I sent a package to Swellendam and is still unable to track it. The Post office is continually so busy, so I can't go in to find out.

Why phone's not answered? Why continue to take people's money nor parcels if you know you won't deliver them? You people are not fair Either stop the courier or give our parcels back or our money This is too much
