Why phone's not answered? Why continue to take people's money nor parcels if you know you won't deliver them? You people are not fair Either stop the courier or give our parcels back or our money This is too much

With regards to the post I sent recently I don't know its status. This app is not giving me an accurate update or my delivery is seriously late. I'm disappointed.
