My parcel of 3 water color paintings unframed on water color paper was posted via airmail at Menlyn post Office area on 26 June. It has taken 36 days to travel 50km to JHb international hub and has been there for 8 days, unmoved. Shocking, shocking service.

Parcels don't move

Posted a registered letter 2 July which still, today 5 Aug, appears to have gone nowhere. If, at the time of posting and paying for registration, the staff were aware of these delays why wasn't I warned and other arrangements could have been made? If courier companies can manage to deliver why cannot the Post Office??

Please answer your phones! Six weeks ago I sent a parcel from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape. It only took 10 days. I have sent another parcel to the same address and it is going on for a month and it is still in Bloemfontein!!! Thank you to Ran-en-Dal for excellent and friendly service.

Parcel posted on Tuesday 28/07/2020, still showing in transit Wonderboom poort Post Office. Is the tracking site just not updated or is it still here?
