Please answer your phones! Six weeks ago I sent a parcel from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape. It only took 10 days. I have sent another parcel to the same address and it is going on for a month and it is still in Bloemfontein!!! Thank you to Ran-en-Dal for excellent and friendly service.

Good afternoon, I have been awaiting a package which was sent from Heidelburg p.o. to Chatsworth p.o. since 17 July 2020. I have unsuccessfully trying to track it's location.
