A registered letter from Pretoria to Edenvale submitted on 23 June 2020, still not delivered to the recipient on 20 July 2020! That speaks volumes

Worst service ever, its SLOW & i was helped by a VERY RUDE old senile lady at the Klerksdorp Post Office before lockdown... I ended up paying EXTRA charges that were not my doing because your staff is RUDE & has no interpersonal skills...its a shame i dnt have her name... I have been waiting for a parcel for days... SLOW AND BAD service from staff... EXCEPT the Kimberley branch where staff are friendly & helpfull...
