Worst service ever, its SLOW & i was helped by a VERY RUDE old senile lady at the Klerksdorp Post Office before lockdown... I ended up paying EXTRA charges that were not my doing because your staff is RUDE & has no interpersonal skills...its a shame i dnt have her name... I have been waiting for a parcel for days... SLOW AND BAD service from staff... EXCEPT the Kimberley branch where staff are friendly & helpfull...

I have parcel laying at JHB INT Mail Centre Hub since 13th February 2020 and haven't heard a word from them. The tracking number shows clearly that they are the one who have my parcel. SAPO is so disgusting I wonder why it's still existing. My ref is RS255471937DE incase you are ready to do something if it's not stolen already
