Not happy with Speed Services, expensive and too slow for what you pay, the service is pathetic

Terrible delivery service. I won't be using you again. Posted a registered letter on the 12 December 2029 to go by airmail to the UK. Was told that it would take 10 to 14 working days to be delivered and guess what - it's now 2 February 2020 with the item still not being delivered.

worst service ever.2 parcels sent from Belgium,same day same time,same place(sent together)One arrives in SA the other not.Try trace it,Sapo systems never updated or system down.Rather pay a little from reliable courier company and have it delivered at least.Totally frustrating dealing with Sapo,unprofessional service
