worst service ever.2 parcels sent from Belgium,same day same time,same place(sent together)One arrives in SA the other not.Try trace it,Sapo systems never updated or system down.Rather pay a little from reliable courier company and have it delivered at least.Totally frustrating dealing with Sapo,unprofessional service

Parcels are lost about 80% of the time. Latest is RX142648880DE handed to SAPO on 14 Jan 2020 by DHL in Jhb. No tracking information anywhere. Pathetic.

I ask whether I have to visit the post office to collect my items as when I trace it shows that is at the nearest post office
