The driver was in my driveway which there are 2 houses and he didn’t know which one was mine so instead of taking the 50/50 chance of getting it right on the first try which if it wasn't right he would for sure be right the second time !!! He left !!!!! How idiotic is that ?!? This was right from the dispatchers mouth as she was reading why my package wasent delivered .... not happy at all!! Should be a -5 rating option !!!!

Late picking up my package. Eventually picked it up. I paid for over night delivery. 3 days later it has still not arrived to where it was suppose to go. Spoke to 2 separate agents. Both beyond rude on the phone and didn’t care and then proceeded to hang up on me because I wanted an answer to where my package was. I would have fired those 2 agents on the spot if they worked for me. Customer service was extremely horrible. I will not use purolator again. Horrible

Canada Post would have been faster and cost less. The tracking system wasn’t updated often enough.
