Purolator review by Marie

Late picking up my package. Eventually picked it up. I paid for over night delivery. 3 days later it has still not arrived to where it was suppose to go. Spoke to 2 separate agents. Both beyond rude on the phone and didn’t care and then proceeded to hang up on me because I wanted an answer to where my package was. I would have fired those 2 agents on the spot if they worked for me. Customer service was extremely horrible. I will not use purolator again. Horrible
