Late picking up my package. Eventually picked it up. I paid for over night delivery. 3 days later it has still not arrived to where it was suppose to go. Spoke to 2 separate agents. Both beyond rude on the phone and didn’t care and then proceeded to hang up on me because I wanted an answer to where my package was. I would have fired those 2 agents on the spot if they worked for me. Customer service was extremely horrible. I will not use purolator again. Horrible

I am at.my home all day. No ring at door an no paper for me to have my package.

Canada Post would have been faster and cost less. The tracking system wasn’t updated often enough.
