WHY IS IT, THE BIGGEST COURIER COMPANIES HERE..... EXCEPT DHL HAVE LIVE TRACKING OF YOUR PARCEL AND PROBABLY THE BIGGEST COURIER PUROLATOR DOESN'T...THIS IS VERY SAD AND SHOULD BE EMBARRASSING THAT PUROLATOR DOESN'T PROVIDE THIS TYPE OFF SERVICE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.. VERY SHAMFUL. MAYBE THE BIG DOGS IN THE CORPORATE OFFICES SHOULDN'T BE SO GREEDY AND PUT LESS MONEY IN THE POCKET AND ACTUALLY START THINKING OF THEIR CLIENTS

driver claiming incorrect address. how can this be when purolator has delivered using the same address. why can the driver look up my name on the intercom system in the lobby?

Purolator will not leave parcels at our door so I have to always go looking for them. Sometimes they are at a convenience store a few miles from my house, sometimes they are in the Hamlet of Sherwood Park at the Purolator depot, and sometimes they are 30km away at the Purolator distribution center in Edmonton.
