This company should change their name to "Gross incompetence" as I've never seen them perform above this level. I order items from Amazon.ca and many times Purolator is their chosen carrier. My address has not changed in 15 yrs but Purolator has dumped my parcels at 3 completely different depots each time they deliver. This means when I see "delivered" in the tracking system I actually have no idea where the item is. Until someone from wherever phones me. Just yesterday I found out I have a package sitting somewhere near the US border. The sad part of their incompetence is that they have at least twice delivered my stuff to where it belongs. So why the hell is that not a repeatable outcome when I'm using THE SAME ADDRESS! Because of the gross incompetence of Purolator I have cancelled my Amazon Prime membership and will no longer purchase from Amazon.ca I have contacted Amazon and Purolator but beyond the requisite "I'm sorry for your trouble" neither has done anything to rectify the issue now or in future.

I sent a package on Dec. 11 said it would arrive in 3 or 4 days tracking said it's still in Edmonton ,so much for tracking
Entering in my tracking number and then trying to see where my package is on your busy website is difficult. The first part says it made it to Edmonton then when I open it up it says it’s still sorting in Quebec. Just keep it simple and make it list where the package started to where it is down the line now This site did not help me verify when the delivery might be

This is the worst delivery company ever. I've waiting nearly 10 days for something that was supposed to arrive in 6 days. My package keeps getting delayed and all i get from them is excuse after excuse , this is unacceptable.
Poor service. Attempted delivery while we were not home, so leave note for me to pick up package at very distant location. I call in and they realize that there is a pickup location quite close to me, so they promise to transfer it there. Now 2 full days later the tracker says it is “on vehicle waiting for transfer”. Should have taken to nearby location in the first place and not take over 2 days to get it there. It’s 2019, Purolator, you can do better than this

Was home all day. Enter phone rang once and I answered it immediately. Driver hung up. I was downstairs within 2 mins of call and he was driving away. He had no intention of reaching someone as parcel slip was filled out 7 mins. before he rang up! A little frustrating.
Attempted delivery my ass. Someone was home the whole day and they never reached out to contact me if there we're any issues. I hope Amazon drops them as carriers. Why am I paying for prime 1 day delivery when I get it 5 days later. Horrible customer service.
