Why does Best Buy use this Company??????? Wake up Best Buy! Purolator are the worst - most unreliable delivery service out there!
My package clearly says East and it was delivered to the West address. Yes Canada Post manage to have my street number on the West side also. Different postal code but no one looks or delivers to a postal code. This package sticker does have East in the Address line. Sorry can't give it a star for prompt delivery cause I didn't get it to my door.
Though I have sent parcels to Toronto every second month, on average, for the past few years, I will not be using Purolator again. My little parcel went more than 300 km in the wrong direction i.e. to Montreal before returning east, passing by Kingston on it’s way to TO. And this happens all the damn time, turning a trip of less than 300 km into one three times that. And that, of course, makes the day trip into a two or three day trip. Done with Purolator for good.
Zero stars! The driver buzzes me on my phone when I answer after 3 rings he hangs up and leaves!!! What a useless moron!!!
Probably lost of damaged my package
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE AT DOOR, HAVE DONE 300 TIMES, THIS TIME THE DELIVERY PERSON DIDNT LEAVE AT DOOR, TOOK IT TO A HOLDING DEPOT, EVEN WHEN IT WAS MEDICAL SUPPLIES, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, NOT KEPT TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED, NOT BROUGHT TO A PHARMACY LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE COMPANY
Purolator service is useless. Stay away from it.
I never received my order. When I track my shipment, it shows it at Toronto Sort facility as of March 21, 2021 and after that it went in the air... After several contacts (chat/calls), Purolator had opened a case, which was closed on March 30, 2021. Below is Purolator response. Such an irresponsible and terrible service. I am still waiting for refund from the seller...they will be contacting Purolator again. In future, if I order anything and the shipper uses Purolator, I would prefer not to place an order. "Please be advised we have checked in our lost and found department along with the terminals numerous times. At this time all of our searches have come back negative for this shipment and will now deem this package as lost. We will now close the case. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the shipper as they may assist with the lost item and file a claim with Purolator. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. "
Never Purolator Negative Star
I was never contacted about this package. All you have to do is read the reviews of this disaster of a company and you get the gist of their drivers work ethics. It is obvious that this company is 91% owned by a government entity, the post office. No normal business would survive with the quality of service they are offer. I will go out of my way to use any other courier service.
Purolator has been delaying package for 5th consecutive day. (3 business days). Because it is snowing :) Mon. Parcel has been sitting on Toronto sorting facility for 3 weeks with no movement. Purolator basically said too bad. By the time it arrives, I will have missed the return window.
Horrible service waiting on a package since DEC 14 they havent updated my tracking since DEC 31 I spent 72 mins on the phone to get nowhere nobody knows where my Christmas gift is or even attempted to help me find it! I got we've been busy...well so was Canada post an everything shipped through them as usual was on time an that's not their only business they deliver mail too..purolator delivers parcels period an this is their excuse now its Jan 7 an still no help on my package??! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
This has been a terribly frustrating and disappointing experience which has caused our family significant stress. We were expecting an 80lb delivery to a business location. It was crucial that it not be damaged and needed for business purposes. The company was to deliver to the business location. They gave us no notice of when it would arrive. We needed at least a 2 hour notice as we live away from the business location and have to commute. They delivered the first time after business hours. After spending a long time on hold, we finally got word that they would now deliver the next day. On the day indicated, they attempted delivery at 8:00am! No businesses in the city other than gas stations, etc. are open at that hour! We would have had to get up and leave the house at 6:30am to even be there! Again after spending hours on hold, we were told that the package would be delivered on the next business day. Because there was a statuary holiday that weekend, we had to wait another 4 days. After 4 days, another failed attempt to deliver was made again at 8:00 am with no word other than "delivery attempt". After spending another hour on hold, we made arrangements to pick it up ourselves which meant finding someone to help with the weight and transfer up a flight of stairs. I would like to know what we are paying for?? I do not recommend this company for business deliveries!
