Should have had a parcel delivered last week by this awful company but it was damaged enroute to me contacted the seller they have sent another which should have been delivered today now Hermes are saying it will be in the next 48 hours absolute rubbish company my advise don't use them

This is the first time I have ever had a package shipped by Hermes. The fact that i'm not able to track the package and have no idea when it will arrive, leads me to give a one-star review. I have never had a delivery service in which I could not track the package. I don't even know where the package is coming from. The seller on Amazon was supposed to be a US store, but turns out it is British.

Order placed 22nd may and wasn't told there was a delay and it's now 25th and no update. Awful communication

Poor update system. Last update notification was 21st may this is now the 23rd and still not sure when it will arrive

Hermes delivered my Debenhams order. I was notified of the time and date. Delivery arrived within time slot and delivery driver very pleasant. Can't fault.

Terrible service ...dumped my parcel in my bin, needless to say courier did not leave his name on slip .... However probably the courier gets paid peanuts and only gets those peanuts paid on delivery of parcel .. And at £6 a phone call to complain to Hermes who is going to phone them ... so the terrible service will continue .
