Order placed 22nd may and wasn't told there was a delay and it's now 25th and no update. Awful communication

Poor update system. Last update notification was 21st may this is now the 23rd and still not sure when it will arrive

Hermes delivered my Debenhams order. I was notified of the time and date. Delivery arrived within time slot and delivery driver very pleasant. Can't fault.

Terrible service ...dumped my parcel in my bin, needless to say courier did not leave his name on slip .... However probably the courier gets paid peanuts and only gets those peanuts paid on delivery of parcel .. And at £6 a phone call to complain to Hermes who is going to phone them ... so the terrible service will continue .

Total sh*t service Requested parcel to be left at back of house This request was done online Ignored and card put through letterbox No contact no etc Put this card on front door with delivery instructions Still ignored and online says attempt made Bullsh*t Why not do as asked Terrible service Will try to avoide in future
