Rubbish service.. promises and you pay for next day delivery.. but they don't deliver !

My parcel has been with Hermes for two weeks I am unable to connect with customer service the tracking number is not working . Will never use Hermes again I am at a loss as to what to do. No response from there non existent customer service department.
