Pay the extra and use Royal Mail. Hermes is absolute rubbish. Dropping off my parcel at the parcel shop on 5th, supposedly picked up by Hermes on 7th, it's now 11th no further tracking details available. Their robot help facility is a waste of time as it can never find my tracking number to deal with my enquiring. I wished I had used RM to return my parcel. Terribly slow and poor communication.

Our parcel was collected 8 days ago from Warrington for delivery to Kent. It still has not been delivered. The tracking says it was out for delivery on Monday but no attempt has been made to deliver it.

Courier picked up parcel then hub refused it due to size now unable to arrange for another collection

Terrible had a parcel turn up that had been opened 2 out of 3 sweatshirts I had ordered was missing.so I ordered 2 sweatshirts from another website a week later unfortunately they also use Hermes on Saturday they emailed me saying parcel was delayed but would be sorted within 24 hours 4 days later still in same status. I think they may need to vet who they employ because things seem to keep going missing.Avoid!
