Terrible had a parcel turn up that had been opened 2 out of 3 sweatshirts I had ordered was missing.so I ordered 2 sweatshirts from another website a week later unfortunately they also use Hermes on Saturday they emailed me saying parcel was delayed but would be sorted within 24 hours 4 days later still in same status. I think they may need to vet who they employ because things seem to keep going missing.Avoid!

Awful company. Lost a parcel of mine, you can't speak to anyone and standard response is speak to sender. Didn't receive the parcel so I don't know who the sender was. Offer no tracking service for returns, just awful

What is the point of having this tracking service, when it will never acknowledge the correct number you enter. Totally rubbish.
