Absolutely useless brought some stuff off eBay which was delivered to the wrong address and signed for I’ve lost put as the other company I brought off as far as there concerned it’s been delivered ! But one item from another seller has been sent again ! The Hermes area manager was meant to collect my parcels from the wrong address and deliver them to me and when I asked a Hermes courier she told me he did just that? Well he never! The service is crap and beware if you but or send anything delicate especially porcelain it gets smashed to bits lots of these couriers work on the amount they deliver a day and just chuck stuff about I’ve lost hundreds of £1s worth of antique porcelain and sales over these cowboys avoid!

Paid for a return label and page kept crashing. Eventually printed it off, sent parcel then found that they’d charged me 4 times-£2.70 x4= £10.80! Rang them several times only to be directed to website FAQ’s! Emailed them several times, no reply. Customer service appalling, you cannot get through to a ‘real’ person. Phoned retailer to inform/complain and they immediately refunded me the extra money paid out. That’s customer service-take note Hermes!!

Checked return parcels whereabouts on tracking, and got no further than its on its way. Would have been nice to know it had got to its destination.
